Last Days of the Advanced Fighting Fantasy holiday sale!

Last few days of the Arion Games sale. Quick guide to AFF2E product I posted previously on RPGnet (categories based on OP thread):

1) essential for the game and game world:
  • Quickstart: Free quickstart with sample dungeon and Heroes for instant play.
  • Core: The one book you need. Includes the random dungeon generation system.
  • Titan: Unaltered reprint of the 1986 original text about the Fighting Fantasy world of Titan. Systemless
  • Out of the Pit: Unaltered reprint of the 1985 original text of 250 Fighting Fantasy monsters. Extra AFF combat stats are in the core rulebook.
  • Deluxe: The above three books.
2) Really important but not absolutely necessary:
  • Heroes Companion: New Magic styles (Battle, Chaos, Conjuring, Enchanting, Masks, Necromancy, Tattoos), Rules for hirelings, dominions and holdings, mass combat, and wilderness travel. A random wilderness generator that links to the dungeon and settlement generators.
  • Blacksand: Rules for gunpowder weapons, naval sorcery, naval ship combat, and sea travel. A random settlement generator. Systemless guide to the lawless Port Blacksand, City of Thieves, with maps by Steve Luxton.
  • Adventure Creation System: As mentioned above. Comes with the city of Ludria, the wilderness around it, and two mini-dungeons.
  • Combat Companion: Martial arts, new weapons, armour and combat rules, the new Magic style of Combat Magic as used by Warrior-Mages.
  • Priest Companion: New types of priests like Hermits, Druids, Friars, and Shaman. Benedictions and Rituals.
  • Magic Companion: New Magic styles: Animal Mastery, Grove Tending, Illusionism, Warlocks, Prophecy, Rune-Carving, Psionics, Primal Magic and Witchcraft.
3) Really nice to have but can do without

  • Beyond the Pit: 250 monsters from the earlier books in the Fighting Fantasy gamebook series. Encounter tables for this book's monsters.
