Helmet of Quickness (#13/31, #13/365) [EA:V2] (Enchanted Item)
This elaborate helmet is made from interwoven bands of ornate silver, and provides no armour protection. However, it does bestow quickness of thought and reaction upon its wearer, who may add 1 to their SKILL score. In addition, once per day, the wearer of the helmet can teleport up to 100 metres away in a direct line, transporting the wearer through any material that does not have magical wards or barriers cast upon it, as per the ZIP Sorcery spell. This power works automatically and does not require the usual Component. Such helmets are often used by secretive cults who wish to travel furtively, and are also much prized by thieves and rogues for obvious reasons.
