GARVA (#7/31, #67/365) [TTHA]
Appearance: This
is a single-stemmed non-branching shrub with broad-green leaves and white, feathery flowers. It grows from a large, spherical root-tuber, beneath which are a fringe of supporting roots.
Distribution: Jungles, tropical plains and islands across Titan.
Effects:
The root-vegetable of the Garva is highly nutritious, with sweet, crunchy white flesh. A single Garva root counts as one Provision, and will not spoil for up to two weeks after harvesting. If properly preserved and pickled, which makes the flesh green and spicy, it can last for a year or more.
